Stock preparation is a critical aspect of a tire manufacturing. Between calendering and Tire Building Machines, slitting is very important for final product quality and process reliability. To answer these requirements, we have developped a range of slitting machines with precise tension control and adapted cutting systems. Our range of tire slitter rewinders consists in many models depending on your productivity needs and stock preparation workshop. We propose three off-line tire slitter models and one in-line model:
