Designed for narrow and fragile products, the Gemini II uses a numerical traverse winder, driven by a new generation of PLC allowing individual control of each spooling unit.
High flexibility in handheld products and building-up of the bobbin is reached thanks to this electrical and electronic architecture combined with our new traverse winding technology. In fact the Gemini II allows converting a wide range of products on a same machine.  | Mini slitter for a doctor-machine use
Our recognised expertise in slitting/rewinding/spooling technologies carries out our customers to consult us for specific machines. Thus we have recently developed a mini-slitter for a doctor-machine use. This equipment features a cantilevered unwinder for bobbin of 800 mm maximum diameter and a splicing facility to join the end of the roll to a new one. The cutting operation is performed throught crush cutting. Cut strips, of 15mm minimum width, are then rewound on a cantilevered winding module combining centre and surface technology (maximum diameter of rewound bobbins : 800 mm). | | | download documentations and information | |
