Unwinding solutions
Based on a modular design, we could equipped our cutting machines with adaptated unwinding station
Integrated unwinder : The integrated
unwinding station is an independent module fixed on the main machine
frame. It is constituted of two side plates assembled with a connecting
cross bar and fitted with two safety bearings to receive the unwinding
shaft. An electrical jack moves lalerally this module to insure material
guiding.
Separated unwinder for larger mother roll diameter : The separate unwinding station is an
independent module connected to the main machine frame through a walk-on
bridge. It is constituted of two side plates assembled with a connecting
cross bar fitted with two safety bearings to receive the unwinding
shaft. The unwinding shaft could be cantilevered in order to ease
loading operations. The unwinding shafts are driven through AC
servo-motors, and their speed is automatically adjusted when diameter
decreases. Also available as forck type for mother roll pick-up from
floor.
Unwinding from A-frame/bock: The unwinding elements to unwind the material from existing
A-frame/Bock constitute an independent module connected to the main
machine frame through a walk-on bridge. A connectable brake is installed
on the unwinding axle to the A-frame/bock to insure the material
tension. A measuring cell or diameter feeler, allows automatic
adjustment of the braking torque when the roll diameter decreases
