 1980's Calemard starts an ambitious diversification program to answer the requirement of new applications in the technical textiles, plastic films, rubber webs...

 1993 Jacques DUTEIL and venture capital investors acquire Calemard, bringing along with them a new vision and higher ambitions for the future.

 1995 The company successfully developed its business outside Europe (north America and Asia).

 1996 Decoup+ is established as a separate company to develop the business of ultrasonic devices.

 1998 Calemard focuses its technical resources in a standard equipment program for each of our main market segments. The objectives are to develop a range of products as standardised as possible to enhance the quality and reliability in comparison with special machinery manufacturers.

 2001 Calemard reinforces its international presence with the opening of two sales offices in Greenville (SC-USA) and Dusseldorf (Germany).

 2002 Investment in a full scale CRM software (Pivotal e-relationship) in order to optimize a "one to one" relation with our customers.
