The ORION G slitter rewinder is a versatile and precise wide slitter able to convert a wide range of rubber based products (calendered textile, gum, textile bias, textile liner) from mother rolls coming from calendering machines into pancakes down to 20 mm width.

 | Narrow Slitter and Traverse Winder AQUILA G
The AQUILA G is dedicated to the slitting of calendered textile rolls into narrow strips (having a width from 10 to 20 mm). The strips are spooled and used by Tire Building Machines as reinforcement in the manufacturing process of High Performance Tires (this technology is called capstrip, spiral nylon overlay, joint-less band, baz, spiral layer… depending on the tire manufacturer).
