Car Interiors involve a huge amount of technical flexible products (technical textiles, knitted fabrics, coated fabrics, nonwovens, foams and plastic films...). Most of these products are slitted at the end of their manufacturing process, having gained a high added value. Their converting have for this reason to be handled with great care.
Our offer covers the slitting and rewinding operations, with a wide range of slitters rewinders able to convert a very wide range of materials, from knitted textiles used for covering to heavy coated textiles for airbags.
Our traverse winders (spoolers) are able to convert all types of components being delivered in narrow width (adhesive tapes, hook and loop tapes, foam tapes, …)

This small machine is a very accurate slitter rewinder able to slit and rewind strips down to 6 mm width.

 | Slitting Bench - PHOENIX
Our in-line slitting bench PHOENIX is used for edges trimming and/or central cut. This modular bench has been designed to be mounted at the exit of an existing machine (tenter frame or coating line, for example).
Used with hot cutting heads, this unit can be mounted at the exit of coating lines to slit airbag fabrics.

Our AQUILA slitting and spooling line slits and rewinds foam, plastic tapes, hook and loop tapes... into compact and stable packages.

 | Slitter and spooling line Gemini II
Designed for narrow and fragile products, the Gemini II uses a numerical traverse winder, driven by a new generation of PLC allowing individual control of each spooling unit.
High flexibility in handheld products and building-up of the bobbin is reached thanks to this electrical and electronic architecture combined with our new traverse winding technology. In fact the Gemini II allows converting a wide range of products on a same machine.
